Unlike edge-lit LED strips, this CCT flexible LED light sheet distributes SMD2835 LEDs across the back of a translucent surface to create more even illumination. The 480 × 240 mm panel format helps lighting brands, contractors and project procurement teams calculate panel quantity, power branches and installation access before production.
The JS-DC24V-2835-CCT-400D-ZY220 is designed for indoor decorative and indirect lighting projects, including advertising light boxes, translucent stone, ceilings, display cabinets, jewellery counters, hotel interiors, furniture, wine cabinets and shoe cabinets.

Yes. The NPHIS CCT flexible LED light sheet has marked cutting lines at every 20 mm interval, allowing on-site trimming to fit irregular or non-standard installation areas. Cuts must only be made along the designated cut lines to maintain circuit integrity. Cutting between marked lines will damage the LED circuit and void the warranty. For projects requiring a specific pre-cut size or shape, NPHIS supports OEM custom-cut dimensions — please provide your required panel dimensions in the RFQ form and we will confirm feasibility before sampling.
03. How many sheets can be connected in one run, and how should I size the power supply?
The maximum recommended continuous connection is 10 sheets per power branch (10 × 24W = 240W nominal LED load). Beyond 10 sheets, voltage drop across the cable run will cause visible brightness inconsistency toward the far end of the chain. For larger installations, add a separate DC24V power supply or inject power at additional points along the layout. When selecting your power supply, apply a minimum 20–25% safety margin above the calculated LED load to account for cable resistance, ambient temperature, and control channel overhead. For example, a 10-sheet run at 240W nominal load should be served by a ≥300W rated DC24V constant-voltage power supply. The NPHIS CCT tunable light sheet requires a dual-channel (2-channel) constant-voltage CCT controller operating at DC24V.
