NPHIS COB (Chip on Board) LED flexible strip uses 2 oz. double-sided electroplated PCB with 70μm copper foil and 480 high-brightness luminous chips per meter. The dense chip-on-board layout eliminates visible hotspots, delivering a perfectly smooth, continuous line of light — no dots, no shadows.
Built with a self-contained constant-current IC for super-long runs without voltage drop, and available in a wide range of color temperatures, voltages, and custom configurations for OEM/ODM buyers worldwide.

2 oz. Double-Sided Electroplated PCB
NPHIS COB strips are built on a 2 oz. double-sided electroplated PCB with 70μm copper foil — significantly thicker than standard 1 oz. boards. This ensures superior heat dissipation, lower resistance, and stable long-term performance.

Built-In Constant-Current IC
