Factory & OEM

Is NPHIS a manufacturer or a trading company?

NPHIS is a China-based LED lighting manufacturer offering custom LED strips, silicone neon flex, rigid light bars and backlighting products. For supplier qualification, ask for current company information and documentation for the product you plan to order. Confirm the manufacturing scope and any supplied accessories as part of your project review.

Customization can be discussed for PCB width, operating voltage, color temperature, connectors and packaging. Start with the required model or application, then confirm which changes are feasible and whether a new drawing or sample is needed. Available options depend on the product design; a request is not a confirmed production specification.

Further information: Explore products  |  Contact NPHIS

NPHIS offers OEM and ODM services, including discussion of private-label packaging. Send your brand artwork, product specification, labeling requirements and target market. The quotation should identify the agreed branding scope, any artwork or tooling charges, and the sample approval steps before production.

MOQ, samples & ordering

MOQ depends on the model, specification and customization required. Send the quantity for each model and version, including voltage, color temperature or color, IP configuration and packaging. Ask for the MOQ per specification in the quotation; quantities for different versions should not be assumed to combine into one minimum.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Contact NPHIS to request a sample for the specification you want to evaluate. Confirm availability, sample cost, freight and lead time before ordering. For a custom product, approve the drawing and sample configuration first, and keep the approved sample or written specification as the reference for the bulk order.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Provide the product or application, drawings or dimensions, required voltage, light color or CCT, brightness or power target, control method, installation environment and quantity per specification. Include the destination country and required timing. If a detail is still open, identify it so the quotation can distinguish confirmed scope from items that need review.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Send the quantity and specification for each version and ask the team to review a pilot order. Standard products and custom designs may have different minimums, preparation costs and lead times. Confirm how each SKU will be labeled and approved so a small trial can be compared fairly with the proposed bulk production.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Ask for the accepted payment method, deposit requirements and balance-payment stage in the written quotation or pro forma invoice. Terms may depend on the order and agreed commercial arrangements. Check that the beneficiary details match the contracting supplier before making payment; do not rely on a generic FAQ as the payment instruction.

Production & shipping

Ask for a production lead time for the exact model, quantity and approved specification. Standard and custom orders can require different material and engineering preparation. The quotation should state when the lead-time clock starts, such as after the agreed payment and specification approval, and identify any sample or artwork approval that must happen first.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Production lead time and transit time are different stages. Ask whether the quoted date refers to completion, inspection, dispatch or delivery. Transit time depends on the shipping method, destination and customs handling. Confirm the agreed delivery terms, freight scope and any import charges separately from the product production schedule.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Send the required delivery date and the minimum quantity needed for your first installation or production run. Ask the team to review material availability, inspection timing and whether a split shipment is practical. Treat an expedited schedule as confirmed only when the revised scope, costs and dispatch dates are agreed in writing.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Request any change before it is released to production. A change to voltage, LEDs, dimensions, connectors, packaging or control settings may require a revised drawing, new sample, updated price or new lead time. Use a written revision record and confirm which specification applies to the order before accepting the change.

Quality, compliance & after-sales

Request documents for the exact model, configuration and destination market. Check the certificate holder, product scope, applicable standard, file or report number and current status. A logo on a website or catalog does not establish coverage for every product. Ask NPHIS to identify the documents relevant to the item being quoted.

Agree on the product specification and inspection requirements before production. Depending on the product, useful checks include dimensions, power, light output, CCT or color, appearance, wiring and functional operation. Ask which inspection records and test reports are available for your order, and whether any additional testing must be quoted separately.

Specify the required CCT or color coordinates and the agreed color tolerance, then approve a representative sample. For adjacent installations, discuss batch allocation and replacement planning before ordering. Request model-specific measurement data where needed; a CRI value alone does not define color matching, and the same nominal CCT can still look different.

Further information: Tiras de luces LED  |  Contact NPHIS

Ask for the warranty period and conditions for the exact product in the quotation or warranty document. Confirm the start date, installation requirements, exclusions and claim process before ordering. Different products and operating conditions can have different terms, so the product-specific written agreement should be used as the reference.

Further information: Contact NPHIS

Send the order number, model, batch or label information, photos or video, wiring details and the driver or controller model. Explain when the issue occurs and the operating environment. Disconnect equipment that appears damaged or unsafe. Ask the team to review the evidence and confirm the next steps under the agreed warranty terms.

LED strips, power & controls

Choose by the required light effect, output, installation depth and product specification. COB strips can help create a continuous-looking line, while SMD designs use distinct LED packages and offer different configurations. Compare actual samples in the intended profile or diffuser. Neither construction alone guarantees higher brightness, efficiency, color quality or service life.

Further information: Tiras de luces LED

Use the voltage specified for the exact product and match the power supply to it. At the same power, a higher-voltage system draws less current, which can help with distribution losses. Voltage choice still depends on the product, cable run, cut interval, control system and installation requirements. Do not substitute a different supply voltage without checking the specification.

CCT describes the appearance of white light; CRI describes aspects of color rendering. Define both according to the application and evaluate a sample with the materials being illuminated. If color matching is critical, also specify the agreed color tolerance and any additional color-rendering data required. Confirm the available values for the exact model rather than applying one catalog value to all products.

Match the output type and voltage to the LED product, then calculate the connected load from the approved wattage and total length or number of units. Check driver capacity, temperature derating, input supply, protection, installation environment and dimming compatibility. Allow the reserve capacity specified by the driver manufacturer; there is no single margin that suits every driver and installation.

Confirm the model-specific maximum run length and plan the feed points before installation. Cable length and cross-section, current, connectors and the product circuit all affect voltage drop. Depending on the design, separate feeds or shorter branches may be needed. Do not assume that a long reel can be powered from one end, or that adding signal control also supplies the required power.

Further information: Tiras de luces LED  |  Browse downloads

Compatibility depends on the complete combination of LED product, driver, dimmer or controller, wiring and settings. State the required method, such as PWM, 0–10V, DALI or a digital color-control protocol, when requesting a quote. Ask for a matched configuration and test the sample at the intended dimming range before approving the system.

Flex de neón de silicona

Select a neon profile whose permitted bending direction matches the layout. Top-bend, side-bend and multidirectional designs must not be treated as interchangeable. Request the drawing and minimum bend radius for the exact model, and plan the mounting and cable exits around it. Avoid sharp folds, twisting and force on the end connections.

Only cut a product that is specified as cuttable, and only at its marked cut points. Confirm the correct connector, end cap and sealing method before work starts. Cutting can change the finished length and protection of the assembly. For exposed installations, request the model-specific instructions and confirm whether factory-finished lengths are the appropriate option.

No. Confirm the product rating, test conditions and the complete installed assembly, including cut ends, connectors and cable entries. Rain exposure, standing water, immersion, chemicals and UV are different conditions. For an underwater or pool-related project, request application-specific product confirmation and have the installation requirements checked by the responsible qualified professional.

Further information: Flex de neón de silicona  |  Contact NPHIS

Confirm the product IC, control protocol, address or pixel grouping, channel requirements, controller compatibility and wiring. DMX512 and SPI products need a matching control system. A DMX universe carries up to 512 control channels, not 512 RGBW pixels; pixel capacity depends on the channel footprint and configuration. Power distribution must be designed separately from signal control.

LED backlighting

Start with the illuminated area, cavity depth, material and viewing conditions. LED light sheets provide an area-based layout, while lens bars and edge-lit bars use different optical arrangements. Ask for a recommendation using the actual lightbox or panel dimensions, then evaluate a representative mockup. One product type is not automatically suitable for every depth or diffuser.

Further information: LED backlighting  |  LED light sheets

Spacing and setback depend on the LED or lens pattern, lightbox depth, diffuser or translucent material, brightness target and viewing angle. Send the actual dimensions and material information before setting the layout. Use a sample mockup to check uniformity and hotspots; a spacing figure from a different product or installation is not a reliable design rule.

Further information: LED backlighting  |  Contact NPHIS

Follow the cutting grid and wiring instructions for the exact sheet model. Confirm the approved feed layout, connector current limits and maximum linked quantity before joining sheets. Physical linking does not necessarily mean an electrical series circuit. Additional feeds or separate branches may be needed, and the final load must remain within the product and driver limits.

Further information: LED light sheets  |  Browse downloads

Send the illuminated dimensions, cavity depth, single- or double-sided construction, diffuser or material details, brightness and color requirements, control method and available power location. Include drawings, access for maintenance and the project quantity. Identify whether you need only the light source or also drivers, wiring and mounting parts so the proposed scope is clear.

Cabinet & shelf lighting

Choose according to the mounting space, required finish, light distribution and service access. A rigid bar can provide a defined installation format, while a flexible strip can suit shaped runs or compatible profiles. Compare the actual dimensions, glare control, connectors, power and thermal requirements of the proposed models before selecting the assembly.

The allowed quantity depends on each bar’s power, connector and wiring ratings, driver capacity and the approved connection layout. Ask for the maximum linked quantity and feed arrangement for the selected model. Do not determine the limit only from the number of available sockets or from the length of another bar series.

Further information: Cabinet and shelf lighting  |  Browse downloads

Do not assume universal compatibility. Check voltage, polarity, connector dimensions and pinout, current rating, control function and the product wiring diagram. For sensor-controlled furniture or retail lighting, confirm the required behavior and test the complete combination of bar, sensor, controller and power supply before bulk approval.

Further information: LED accessories  |  Cabinet and shelf lighting

Check the mounting surface, available ventilation, fixing method and any profile or thermal interface specified for the product. Keep access to drivers and connections for inspection and service. Ask for the model-specific installation instructions, especially in enclosed furniture or long retail runs; adhesive alone should not be assumed suitable for every surface and environment.
